How subscriptions, Origin Coins purchases, and refunds work.
OriginStats is a digital service offering subscriptions and, within the Experts feature, one-time Origin Coins purchases. We do not sell physical goods, so there are no physical returns, exchanges, delivery returns, or shipping refunds.
Renewal terms are shown at checkout before payment details are confirmed. If you do not want a subscription to renew, cancel before the current billing period ends from your account page or your payment processor's billing portal.
Due to the nature of digital subscription services and immediate access to analytics data, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period or any unused portion of access.
Purchases of Origin Coins for the Experts feature are final and non-refundable to your payment method. Origin Coins are virtual points with no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, cashed out, or transferred. The only circumstance in which Origin Coins are returned to your balance is an automatic void-day refund when every prediction in an unlocked Expert's daily set is voided (for example due to a postponed or abandoned match). Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, billing errors, or exceptional circumstances at our discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or subscribed to the wrong plan, contact support with the email address on your account and your payment receipt details.
If a billing problem, account issue, or technical fault prevents access to paid features, contact support so we can investigate. Where appropriate, we may restore access, help with billing, or assess a refund request.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer laws. Where a refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy is required by law, we will follow those requirements.
